With a heart to glorify God through music and to preach the gospel through corporate song, Rob Hampton has been leading worship for 8 years in churches of various sizes, styles, and backgrounds. Rob views worship as a rhythm of revelation and response--where God reveals Himself through Scripture, brothers and sisters in Christ, creation, etc. and we respond by ascribing Him worth.

Rob grew up in California and attended music school for audio production, after which he spent the next few years working in recording studios and playing in bands throughout the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area. After moving to Seattle, Washington in his early 20’s to pursue a band opportunity, God had different plans for his life, calling him into relationship with Him and into vocational ministry. Rob audited classes at Reformed Theological and Covenant Seminary and was ordained through the Reformed Church of America. Rob has a passion for theologically rich worship songs, liturgical story-telling, and raising up the next generation of worship leaders. He currently serves as worship pastor at Crossway Fellowship in Lynnwood, WA and is the founder of Coda Music Technologies.
